La risorsa, a riporto diretto della Direzione Generale, avrà la responsabilità della gestione dell’area amministrativa, contabile e finanziaria dell’azienda. Si occuperà di assicurare la correttezza, la completezza e la trasparenza dei processi di produzione dei documenti fiscali, finanziari ed economici dell’azienda. La posizione richiede un alto livello di responsabilità ed autogestione, con focus sulle seguenti attività:
- Coordinare la contabilità generale e supervisionare le attività di ciclo attivo e passivo tramite la gestione di un team specializzato nel proprio settore;
- Presidio dei processi amministrativi definendo le linee guida al fine di garantire la corretta gestione dei cicli contabili (attivo e passivo), la tenuta dei libri obbligatori e la cura degli adempimenti fiscali e previdenziali;
- Curare gli aspetti fiscali di base con particolare attenzione alle tematiche IVA;
- Redazione del bilancio d’esercizio trimestrale e annuale;
- Gestione e controllo delle attività di tesoreria e gestione del flusso di cassa;
- Gestione diretta dei rapporti con gli Istituti Bancari;
- Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti esterni in ambito fiscale, legale e con i revisori;
- Gestione della regolarità fiscale e degli assolvimenti societari;
- Supervisione degli aspetti amministrativi attinenti la gestione delle società partecipate.
- Laurea in discipline economiche;
- Esperienza pluriennale in una posizione analoga;
- Esperienze operative in ambito amministrativo contabile, ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e software gestionali per la contabilità, in particolare SAP;
- Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di un team;
- Positività e proattività nell’affrontare le sfide quotidiane.
